Public Relations Specialist & Social Media Manager – Chicago, IL 

Job Duties:Responsible for increasing the company’s brand recognition through maintenance and management of multiple social media accounts, blogs, websites, and other relevant forms of communication. Responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. Manage company’s image in a cohesive way to achieve the company’s marketing goals. Ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals. Develop brand awareness, grow brand reputation, and manage awareness and reputation accordingly. Oversee social media account designs (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout, etc.). Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news). Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Create and manage all social advertising campaigns. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related.
